INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. However, please note that we do not have control over customs or any shipping delays that may occur.

Tracking Information: You will receive tracking details as soon as they become available.

Estimated Delivery Times (Excludes Weekends & Holidays):

  • USA: 5-7 business days (tracking available)
  • Rest of the World: 7-21 business days (tracking availability may vary)

Possible Delays:
In rare cases, shipping may take longer than expected due to external factors such as customs, weather, or busy seasons. If there are no tracking updates for 30-60 business days, we will reship your order.

Holiday Season Notice:
Orders placed between November and December may experience longer processing and shipping times due to high demand.


PROCESSING TIME VS. SHIPPING TIME

  • Processing Time: 1 business day (checking, packing, and handing off to our shipping carrier).
  • Shipping Time: Starts after processing is completed.

Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
Priority Shipping: 2-4 business days

During sales, holidays, or peak seasons, processing may take longer than usual. We appreciate your patience.


ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Once your order is placed, you have 30 minutes to cancel. After that, it may already be in processing.

UNCLAIMED ORDERS & INCORRECT ADDRESSES

We are not responsible for packages returned due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unclaimed or refused deliveries
  • Shipping carrier issues

If you notice an incorrect or insufficient address after placing an order, email us immediately at info@selflobody.com with the updated details. Once an order has been processed, we cannot make changes.


REFUND POLICY

We typically do not offer refunds since all product details and shipping times are clearly stated before purchase.

Damaged Item? If your product arrives damaged, please send clear photos of:

  • The product
  • The packaging
  • Your order details

Our team will review the issue and assist accordingly.


CUSTOMS & DUTY FEES

  • Customs fees, if any, are the customer’s responsibility.
  • In rare cases, customs processing may delay delivery. Please check with your local customs office for more details.

WHY YOUR ORDER MAY ARRIVE IN SEPARATE PACKAGES

Your order may be shipped in multiple packages if:

  • Some items are on backorder
  • Your order exceeds weight limits for standard shipping
  • Items are shipped from different warehouses

You will receive tracking information for each package.
